RECHARGE your mind, body, spirit at a weekend yoga & nature retreat, just outside of Salt Lake City. There will be opportunities to experience various yoga movement and breath practices, meditation, energy work, yoga philosophy, and ayurvedic meals. Experiencing nature is also a wonderful way to recharge, reset, and rejuvenate our entire being. You might choose to hike on site, enjoy the river, hang out by the campfire, or create your own personal retreat. For those who wish to experience ayurvedic cooking, we will offer seva (service) opportunities to assist in preparing meals. RECHARGE will be limited to 20 participants.
